baaaaad service from telkom

i had my ph disconnected due to the fact that I was unemployed . I paid the account in full.<br> but was contacted last week that I owe tell 1000 when my wife contacted them dept collector who sms us he said that even thou u paid your account in full Telkom still billed you a extra month that we have to pay for even thou the line was disconnected this is bull and Telkom is a bunch of *****'s./ please can anyone help me <br> I was given a contact number *** ref ***
