Extremely unprofessional company with no proper communication skills. I app**** for a contract it was approved after doing credit checks,but was given a higher premium than advertised ,so i requested that they review the premium and get back to me,but they dont get back to me,then i had to start the application all over again multiple times, assuming they already have approval but tbey keeping conducting credit checks which lower my high credit score because of their inability to provide proper customer service and poor communication skills. While waiting for them to review the premium and get back to me,they had gone ahead and initiated a debit order with my bank without me confirming the contract deal. The credit department then contacts me after complaining and without asking me,declines it because of their error instead of fixing the issue and not emailing me like they said they would for me to forward them proof of the deal i saw online,which was aldo false advertising but they their sales team keeps contacting and conducting credit checks but are not able to follow through with their job if theres an issue with pricing. I find it difficult to trust telkom,rather pay a little extra with another network and have peace of mind,since they are so dishonest and ***********.
