Only if we were allowed not to give 1 star, Telkom Canal Walk full of *********** employees, I took a contract and my debit order started on my contract that it will be on the 15th of February 2025, they tried to debit my account in January, come February they said I owe double our agreed amount, I phoned the customer care with no help and they threatened me me that if I terminate the contract they will fine me😡😡😡😡😡😡. I have send email to complain department they couldn't help me, I have been trying to phone Telkom Canal Walk they don't even answer my calls, my account have been suspended, I am actually going through a lot with Telkom and I hate the day I stepped in to their store 😡😩🚮
