Axxess & Telkom **** service

Horrible service I am getting from both ISP, I have been complaining about poor connection for 2 weeks now they not attending to it ,

I have spoken to +5 useless agents from Axxess telling me **** stories .non of them cannot even even ask their senior supervisor to call me. Telkom doest want to help me if is not Axxess calling them ...so m stuck with 2 useless ISP behaving like bullies Ref: Incident *** Telkom I have been waiting
