Axxess + Telkom dsl
<p>I have ordered a data + line from Axxess and I have been waiting forever the have it activated. I have setup everything and all I need is for my adsl line to be activated. Why is this taking forever? It does not involve installing a new line. Other companies can have their lines activated in 24 hours this is not great service. </p>
I have spoken to Axxess and they have told me that a technician needs to be dispatched on your end? How is the order completed if this has not been completed? Over the phone you told me that the issue now lies in their hands (Axxess) however it is Telkom that has to activate the adsl line??
