Awful Telkom Problems.

I have been with Telkom for a year and a half and they have been nothing but unprofessional and unhelpful, with zero customer service. The only reason, I have not yet cancelled is because their cancellation fee is so expensive. I am paying almost a R1000 a month with 10 upload and 10 download speed for an uncapped service because I use my internet for work but I work so little because the internet is such an issue all the time, even at the beginning of the month when the internet is suppose to be at it's fastest, I am still having problems. I want Telkom to resolve this issue because it is a totally headache when you can not work or earn an income because of their incompetence, why is it so difficult to log a fault and just get proper results.
