Awful Service from Telkom.

Telkom service is absolutely unacceptable. I have been trying for the past two weeks to upgrade my contract and have made more than 10 calls, only to be given excuse after excuse. All I want is a simple upgrade to my current contract. If Telkom does not want my business, then please have the decency to say so instead of wasting my time. Please can someone contact me URGENTLY.
