Awful service! Don't get wifi with telkom!!!

I went to Sandton city to get wifi for my house. I already had 4 dangers with them and I canceled one. A few weeks later, the wifi in my house stopped working and I was told it was due to credit limit. Upon further enquiry, I'm told I have a limit which has been exceeded from buying the home wifi. This was NOT explained to me by Katlego who assisted me. Add insult to injury, when I wanted to then make payment at the shop I was told It will take another 24 to 48 hours for my house to be back up again!! I had NOTHING to do with this blunder but I am now having to suffer.

When I said I want to cancel this wifi, the lady that helped me said there will be a penalty of R800 for the router!!

Firstly not all terms and conditions were explained Then my house was without wifi Then to get up again I pay now only to be back up in 2 days but God forbid I cancel this God forsaken contract, they want to punish me!!!
