Awful Service

<p>Fault 1027CRZ251016 was logged on 25 Oct 2016. To date the fault was fixed for about 3 days and then dead again. The system will not allow me to open a new fault as one is still outstanding. Could someone call so we can sort this out at a time that is convinient.</p>
