Awful Service

Absolutely appalling service. My line and internet has being down for 2 weeks now . I've logged the fault numerous times but still no resolution. Sounds like a party going on in the background of the call center, could barely focus on what the attendant was saying. Cant get a real response about what the problem is or what the delay is. I'm paying a fortune for the line rentals and the uncapped internet...being without service for this long is unacceptable.
