Awful customer service from Telkom

Telkom are possibly the worst when it comes to wifi and responding to customer issues and queries. Call centre staff don't seem to know what's going on with my wifi for 5 days now. Every day I get a different story. You're put on hold endlessly until you get tired and give up. My biggest regret!
