Awful customer service

My internet has been intermittent for months now. I have logged calls and I receive smses that the fault has been resolved without any technicians ever contacting me. Telkom is a poor service provider, no consideration for their customers. I am cancelling my adsl contact. I cant be paying for a service that I am not receiving.
