Awful Customer Service

I had to go to Telkom at Sandton City Mall 2 times in the same week to get the same issue resolved. The customer service was absolutely **********. Instead of helping me sort out my issue or providing me with the correct steps to take, the people I dealt with on both occasions were condescending, rude and unhelpful.
