Awesome service

Three weeks ago Telkom's cables were ****** and that left we without internet and phone service. Yesterday I tried numerous times to cancel my Telkom adsl line, but was unsuccessful. I then called the service line and Nwabisa assisted me. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She took her time because it's not easy to navigate through the site and explained what to do the entire time. Because of Nwabisa's helpfulness I'll definitely come back to Telkom when they roll out Fibre in our area.
