I logged a fault via call centre with a friendly and helpful agent.<br> <br> A call was logged and I received an sms confirming this. And without even having a technician in my office, the problem was resolved. What impressed me most, is that I was kept informed from the time I logged a call up until it was resolved without me having to call and ask.<br> <br> This is what I call service.Keep up the good work
