Awesome deals, horrible service

<p>My wife ordered a mobile deal on telkom's online site, only to receive a call back after three weeks. One week after that all clearances and checks on their side have been done. So they deducted the first month's payment from her bank account on 28/07, this is now 07/08 and the order still hasnt arrived. After numerous fruitless calls to their sales department, they confirmed that the order has been given to the courier company last Thursday already. Called the courier company to find that they have not yet received anything one their side.</p> <p>So in summary, nothing is clarified except the money that is already with Telkom, and we cant do anything but wait for Telkom to decide to give us the order! Very frustrating!</p>
