Awesome Customer Service Provided

Since yesterday i've been in contact with one of Telkom Consultant from the online chat and i was assisted by Jerome Kgotso and i'm very happy and got an awesome service from Jerome. I just want to express my how i feel about the service received from Jerome as he went beyond in assisting me which i belive he can put himself in customer's shoes even when we are frustrated.

What i even like more about him is to make follow ups by giving me a call to update me about the progress of my query, this is the kind of service we require from the service providers and he is setting a good example of the Good Quality Service and i want to thank him so much for going extra mile, he is the best.
