Awesome customer service from Thinabakho Ncwane

I would like to compliment Thinabakho Ncwane from Telkom call centre after I have spoken to three consultants that we not willing to assist me,the last one even hanged up on me and I didn't even get a reference number from any of those consultant and was staring to think otherwise about Telkom.Thinabakho welcomed me and asked the problem and tried to resolve it.she was calm and Listened attentively to what I said and she then gave me a reference number for my called and said I will be contacted.For me this was an awesome brilliant customer service after being treated badly by her three colleagues.Telkom needs pple like her my reference is ***2.She is an asset to Telkom and should be valued.
