Awesome Customer service
Nompumelelo Simelane. I would just like to say that Sales consultant Nompumelelo provided awesome customer service. Extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever i call and get to the Durban call center for sales i will insist to speak to her as she knows what she is doing and provides perfect customer service which is very rare at Telkom. Thumbs up for Nompumelelo.
