Awesome Ambassadors

<p>I was recently faced with the misfortunate of losing my dear Dad a month back. This resulted in my mum becoming the account holder and together with the transfer of account, we were faced with many mistakes and encountered insufficient and unprofessional service from Telkom. After waiting on hold, then abruptly cut off, we were promised that a technician will be dispatched to sort the internet that suddenly went down. This was all futile until I went to the Telkom store located in Chatsworth Centre. Darryl is an extremely efficient and helpful employee who so eagerly assisted me nd ensured me that the problem will be resolved, which did. Vinay also assisted me later that afternoon. These two staff members are the only friendly and professional store assistants I have ever met here and please do not take them away. It is also evident that when they are on duty there are no long queues. The others just enjoy chit chat with their colleagues. Please learn something from Darryl and Vinay, they will make excellent team managers for training and staff development. Bless You guys!</p>
