aweful service from Telkom

terrible service from Telkom. its been one week now and my business line is dead. numerous phone calls, complaints etc and still nothing to look forward to. funny part of this is for some random reason Telkom has my number allocated to an incorrect address. this was their excuse initially. I managed to rectify this but its been a few days now with no joy. yes I receive SMS's maybe to pacify me , but to go 7 days without a business line that is very active is terrible service from Telkom. if there is an alternative to Telkom I would definitely consider it!
