Awaiting VDSL roll out

According to the telkom website i was suppose to have vdsl. I was registering for interest in ffth and as soon as I entered my home number it says I have access to 20-40mb speed but when I check with telkom they have no clue as to why I checked my area and for almost 1 year it still shows adsl roll out.when I asked my isp about 3 months ago they said by the beganing of july being the latest it should be active as they also saw my area awaiting vdsl for some time now.all i want to know Telkom will I ever get my vdsl and if so could I get a eta not a false promise<br> <br> My road is pranticole avenue in allans nek
