Awaiting stock for over 2 months

I went to open a contract at Telkom in Greenacres around October.

It was approved and I was told I have to wait for stock. I have received no communication from the consultant who has been assisting me. I have to call every other week and am still being told there is no stock. How the hell is that possible. For over 2 months.

I expect communication if not please cancel the contract.
