Awaiting smart watch.

I am having trouble getting my smar****ch.

I bought a S24 that comes with a smar****ch.

When I bought the watch, I was told that there was no stock and that I could get the watch after the 15th of January. I bought the watch on the 27th of December 2024 and have been patiently waiting to get my watch.

My concern is that I have to remind the consultant that I am waiting for my watch. When they had stock, my watch was not put aside, but I expected to pay the full price of the contract at the end of this month.

Please can I be assisted with my watch? I asked if I could collect my watch in Johannesburg as I am based there, and I am still awaiting the response.

The Telkom branch in question is in Bloemfontein- Loch Logan. I was being assisted by Ms Boitumelo, who is now ignoring my messages.
