Awaiting service

I reside in Reservoir Hills where there are plentiful ******s. These ******s are very destructive and they have in the past and currently brought down my Telkom Lines connected to my house. On the 13.12.2017 ref ********** 1, I called Telkom asking them to come through to fix the problem. No show. Called again on the 22/12/2017 ref ********** 4 and was promised service. Again no show. Called call centre again on the 03/01/2018 and was told that call was not forwarded to escalation centre. Got another reference no ********** . On the 08/01/2017, called again. Nonhlanhla said she will place call as urgent. Apologised for lack of service. I am still waiting for service from Telkom. Over a mnth and half without service as of date.
