AWAITING S40Cat Phone

<p>App**** for CatS40 phone contract. Signed approximately 9 weeks ago at Telkom Greenacres PE . Have followed up at store 5 times. Response varies from no stock to not knowing when they may get stock. Unaceptable. No complaints line. Phoned 10213 no help. How do Telkom advertise products but cant deliver ?</p> <p>I am existing Telkom customer with Wifi, 2 cell contracts but Telkom still cant deliver CatS40 phone. Is this false advertising ?</p> <p>Very unhappy and frustrated customer with no answers... even got them to escalate about 2 weeks ago to branch manager. Still waiting a call. If I dont check no feedback or feedback is no stock nationally. Is this correct ?</p> <p>Thought previous supplier was poor... starting to having doubts about switching contracts to Telkom</p>
