Awaiting order with no assistance

<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to lay a complaint about an order I made on the 3rd Jan 2017. I ordered a Huawei P9 Lite 2G promotion at Rosebank, I got approved and got told they do not have the black in stock but can order it as they only have the gold ones. I went a head and ordered the black device, after a couple of days I inquired about my order and was told it was still pending I then asked if I can get the gold since my order is taking long. I got told that the gold devices got finished on the day I inquired about my order. So I decided to continue waiting for the black device.</p> <p>Yesterday on the 25th of Jan I got a call from the sales agent that the devices have arrived but the prices have changed from R249 for 2G to R299 for 2G. I did not understand why I would have to pay an extra R50 for an order I made on time before stock got finished and after waiting so long for the order.</p> <p>I then asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation to him but he did not want to understand that I ordered before the stock got finished and I was not aware that I can not order a black device. The sales agent did not tell me that there is a possibility that I can not get the black device and that I should take the gold before it is depleted.</p> <p>Please can you assist with the original order I made as I did apply for the contract before the stock was depleted and was promised that I would get the device with 2G for R249 not R299.</p>
