AWAITING MY WIFI INSTALLATION

I app**** for WIFI from Telkom store in Vangate Mall a week ago and they promised that a technician will come install the WIFI on Tuesday the 16th March 2021, on the day I waited for the technician to come I called to the sales department to follow up however the agent advised that they have a very huge workload and was unable to come to my house right she then made another appointment for the next day the day came I am waiting the entire day called through to the sales department asked to speak to a manager an agent advised her manager is currently in a meeting and will call me back the advisors name was Londiwe and her manager never called me back the managers name is ntombizethu … still no technician the next day today I am furious because I had to call again early in the morning the afternoon and this evening just to find that no technician came I am so upset that I decided to take up this service with you because your service is appalling and now I have to buy data everyday in order to do my work things and study things it takes a huge amount of my money you know so i hope you can sort the manager that never kept his promise to all me and also send some technician and also communicate weither he will be coming and what date because this is ridiculous no there is no communication whatsoever and all your advisors working from home have to listen to me yelling and being angry its so unfair no man please sort this immediately because I am not fed up of calling you everyday for a simple WIFI connection
