awaiting my new UPGRADE.

i had upgraded to telkoms special that they are running , however they advised me that i will get a sms with a reference number and adsl would be set up and installed last week Friday, this is very frustrating as i can not get hold of them for a reference number or to ask where is my services.

why promote something that you cannot deliver.
