Awaiting Installation, 3 Months and counting

<p>Ordered an ADSL line 10mb from Telkom in October 2016 which after numerous calls, infinite number of references, the line has not been installed. A technicain came to do the installation and told me;</p> <p> </p> <p>1) i cant get 10mb speed on the line unlike the sales rep at Telkom Fourways had indicated</p> <p>2) the cables to my unit need to be replaced, the process will take 14 days and he will return to finish the installation, January 2017 still waiting...</p> <p> </p> <p>My next door neighbour (same complex) ordered the exact same service and the whole process took 3 weeks. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have spoken to numerous call centre agents who all claim they will speak to their manager who will 'escalate" my query, also spoken to many supervisors. The last info i was given was, 'we are struggling to contact our cabling department to get info on when the cables to your unit can be replaced.</p> <p> </p> <p>After calling Telkom everyday i have bascically given on up on this service being installed, please assist!</p>
