awaiting hadset device for landline almost 2months

Good day,

on the 17th of June 18 i got a call from telkom call centre regarding exchanging a telkom landline with the new free cordless device for free, i agreed and the lady said i must leave a copy of my ID at home as courier will contact me and deliver. on the 21st June i got a sms saying that i will receive and important call regarding my telkom prepaid service in the next view days, number start with 021688, till today i did not receive a call from no 1 and its almost 2 months ago. i tried calling 10210 several times with no success of getting through, i just think that the service sucks, if sum 1 can give me a call regarding land line ********** .
