Awaiting for my phone from repairs

So on the 12th of March 2024, i took my phone to Telkom Mitchell's Plain, Promenade Mall for repairs. I was told I'll have to wait until i receive a sms to pay for the assessment fee which i did and then I'll receive other sms as to when i need to collect the phone(never received that). So my common knowledge kicks in, i dont have any other phone besides the one i took in to repairs. How do they expect you to receive a SMS without a phone. Secondly i contacted Bradian Logistics solutions, which is the company that deals with repairs and they inform that my was delivered to the store and i just need to collect it . A day later, i went back to telkom, just to be told i need to come again in the new week because they have nothing that's related to my id number. The following week i go again and then again im told my phone is not there. I asked for a contact number/a email address. The lady that helped me couldn't provide me with one and the store manager is nowhere to be seen. What can i do moving forward because i still didn't receive my phone? Honestly the worst customer service experience that i ever came faced, i wouldn't recommend this specific branch to anyone
