Awaiting feedback/delivery of device

Following my complaint six days ago about the cellphone contract that I app**** for online, an -I phone 5s 32 gig I was pleasantly surprised by the calls I got from the online sales team (at least 5 ) including one from the manager Sabelo. I spoke to Ignatia on the 14th. She promised she would look into the phone for me and sure as daylight she called on the morning of the 15th saying she secured an iPhone 55 32 gig in gold and a new one at that. Well done Ignatia. She then took all of my details and indicated I should hear from someone by Monday or Tuesday regarding my credit vetting and or delivery. I am still awaiting. I also asked whether the charges will be pro-rated for this month as half of the month has passed and apparently no as I am paying for the device.
