Awaiting a 2 week delivery for a month
I purchased an iPhone 6 16GB through contract at a Telkom Mobile in Lakeside Mall, I needed it urgently but they promised me it will be delivered in a period of 2 weeks, it has been a month now, I haven't been contacted about any progress or why I don't have my phone yet. Their line does not go through or the phone just rings endlessly. I need a phone as in yesterday, I can't fathom such bad service and empty promises. It is ****ing me off!!!!
