Awaiting 2 months for installation and no feedback

<p>We ordered a Telkom line via Mweb to get a internet connection. The first appointment was the 12th of January 2017, nobody pitched up. When we phoned, sorry but no explanation. Second appointment was 2nd of February 2017, nobody pitched up. When I phoned on 3rd of February 2017 and hold on for more than an hour, I spoke to Asanda from Telkom before 9h00 and hold on for another 20 minutes while she was phoning the technician which was supposed to come out, only to hear she will phone me back in 2 hours time to give me feedback from technicia. Today is Monday the 6th of February, still no feedback. I did call 2 times this morning and hold on for half an hour to get through but still no luck!</p>
