awaiting 2 months for cell phone device since it was handed in for repairs

I would like to express my disappointment in telkom express n1 city store I handed in my device for repairs 25 the May got a sms 2 weeks after that to pay my excess fee I pay it and send proof I get a sms to say phone has been repaired on the 3 July I get a sms my phone has been collected and will be dropped at the store I have been at the store 3 times for collection and when I give my ox number no one knows where my phone is and it's not at the store up until today 13th July almost 2 months later I still don't have a phone and I refuse to pay my account for a phone I do not have pathetic service
