AVOID TELKOM, USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am appalled by the shocking service displayed by Telkom. I have been trying to cancel a contract for almost a month, with no resolve. I was emailed by Simone Delo on 16th August asking if I would like to cancel my account, to which I responded yes, and since then have had no response. I then posted on Facebook in an attempt to close my account and have received multiple unhelpful comments from different TELKOM social community managers on my post, each one more useless than the last. This is really unacceptable, and I urge anyone looking for a cell phone provider to AVOID TELKOM.
