Avoid Telkom pop up stands, waste of time

On Saturday 17/02/2018 Telkom had one of those pop up stands in centurion Eldoraigne Centurion and I have completed an application for the special they had for Feb of the 80GB SmartBroadband wireless special running for Feb for R369 PMx24. They told me that with in 5 working days my device would be delivered. Until today I have not received any communication from Telkom what so ever. I feel I provided bank statements, id, payslip and proof of res and nothing happened. No call Nada. This is poor service at its best. Why have a pop up stand if you are not willing to try and assist new clients at all? A complete waste of time if you ask me. You seem desperate for business but don't want the business. The Special ends tomorrow. How much time is needed to complete and application on your systems? Worst service ever. Not sure what's the use of the pop up stands if you do not want to help clients.
