Avoid Telkom Mobile as a service provider

On 22nd of December Telkom try to debit without confirming with me if I comfortable with the date and our agreed debit date is the 25th. The debit bounced because I wasn't paid yet and, on the 27 December, I did make payment via their App they got their money, they are now charging me R 208.34 extra for the January on top of what we agreed on for the monthly payment.
