Avoid Telkom Mobile as a service provider

I cancelled my wifi subscription in August 2023, received a case number and a status update saying resolved. it is now January 2024. I am still being billed, and they have now blocked my cell phone due to Non payment of the Wifi which was supposed to have been cancelled. The consultant even confirmed that they received the cancellation request, but they never processed it. Now I must wait 72 hours for them to restore my service to my Cell phone.

Appauling.... Please do not use Telkom as a service provider. They are also near impossible to communicate with. They ignore emails and even though they promise call backs, it never happens.
