AVOID TELKOM FIBRE!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID TELKOM FIBRE!!! After their outage on 29th of April 2024 have not had a fibre connection, have spent hundreds of rands in top up airtime to try and resolve it, still no internet. I have sent so many emails and contact requests, but no phone call or help from Telkom. I am now payng for almost half a month for a service I do not receive. Their technicians on the phone are disasterous, you spend hours online with no result or solution. Their connection is often interrupted as well. Just not worth the headache, make a different choice!!
