Avoid telkom at all costs

I have never had a more pathetic experience with any company in my life Than telkom. I canceled my line in June 2017 as we moved and no longer required it, after more phone calls than I care to count and 8 months they have still not managed to cancel line and still bill me every month. After I have sent them the cancelation form and provided all the relevant documentation more than once. I cannot believe this kind of customer service exists anywhere in the world its absolutely unacceptable.
