AVOID TELKOM AT ALL COST -- YOU WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL

NEVER EVER SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH TELKOM. TELKOM IS A DISGRACE. If you want to make your life hell, engage in any form of contract with Telkom. I have stopped my landline *** at the beginning of December. I have paid the outstanding amount, Telkom did not record it properly, and the have continued to take of money from my account, month after month after month. I am weekly in fight with them over the phone, get reference numbers, Case Numbers, they even tell me that they can see the money was paid (thought they argue that the account was not stopped due to that oustanding amount), BUT THEY CONTINUE TO TAKE MONEY! A disgrace that in a time where SARS pays out fast, SASSA pays out that TELKOM STILL HAS THE RIGHT TO DO THIS.
