Avoid Telkom as a Fibre ISP!!!

Beyond pathetic!! Please avoid Telkom's fibre service and choose another service provider. Going for the third week now, where I am still awaiting feedback from Telkom when they are going to send out a technician to my property to reconnect my fibre service. This after having an internet service and all the equipment for the last 8 months, then suddenly my service was just suspended - with my account paid in advance - and Telkom can't assist to rectify this situation. I will not support any of their products in the future ... there need to be alternatives and better services in this country.
