AVOID Telkom and Vumatel at all costs!

I app**** to move from ADSL to Fiber 4 times. Used every application medium available, online, Telephonically, and eventually I went into 3 different Telkom stores ( Cresta, Clearwater, Cradlestone) and in the fourth month from my first application I keep receiving the same generic email response from Telkom regarding Vumatel Fiber : "Hi I am so sorry ,the area is AERIAL SHOP ,at this moment we don’t it we are still waiting for people at the top to give us go ahead regarding those orders"

Besides the wording not making sense, it serves no purpose. I assume that nobody has done anything regarding the application. I will now take steps to cancel my Telkom line and ADSL rental. Thanks for wasting my time and providing little to no service...
