Avoid telkom

I will created a review each day until this is sorted out.

I asked telkom to move my lines as I was moving. They agreed. I was then contacted to confirm there is no infrastructure at my new residence. I then told the guy to cancel my internet.

I was never informed of a closing process. I am now being harassed to make payment for something I never used and I moved over a year ago already.

Someone assisted me via Facebook on Telkoms Facebook page and gave me the last amount to pay after they said that my account was reviewed and the amount I never used was credit.

I paid that amount and now I am still getting calls from the debt department to pay the amount of R800 that they reversed!!!! What the hell man! Call me and sort this nonsense out. You are a bunch of *********** fools!!!
