Avoid Telkom

Extremely Worst customer service ever, It all started by receiving an invoice from Telkom where I made a payment and my account was suspended after since than I have been trying to resolve the issue it's been 2months already. I have Made some payments and top of that they over debited my bank account so they owing me money but my account is still suspended. Calling them is nightmare everyday is the same message something like working under loadshedding and not getting directed to speak to a consultant and Their app sucks, you will be ask to leave for the consultant to call you which never happens
