AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

In my life, I have never been so insulted and regretful of putting my trust in a company. To be told, in a nutshell "You signed a contract for the account, you need to pay us, whether we provided you with the service or not." And now, being threatened with legal action, because I refuse to pay for fibre, when NOBODY EVEN INSTALLED THE DAMN FIBRE LINE. Telkom are blatant, outright ********s, and I will not in a million years use you again. My business? Gone. My wife's business? Gone. Anyone I ever speak to about internet again, will know exactly who NOT to trust.
