AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN GOODS

I baught a router from them and returned it in 24hrs as there was no signal in my area. They took back the router saying they would speak to the manager and get back to me on Monday 30 April. I called them on the 2nd and Rebecca promised to call me back on the 3rd. I eventually went back today and they had another story about sending emails. I eventually just took back the router which is no good to me. Take a loss of R1500.00. SHAME ON YOU AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. HAD THIS BEEN ANY OTHER SUPPLIER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A SIMPLE MATTER.
