Avoid

I've never experienced such bad service, we asked our service to be canceled on a certain date, received reference numbers from telkom, they told us that the reference numbers didn't exist and did not cancel the service and continued to charge us. This amongst many other things is just horrible and I highly recommend you stray away from telkom.
